We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our team through the DYPA employment program for long-term unemployed individuals aged 30 and above. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and interested in managing and growing social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
- Monitor and manage daily social media activity
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content
- Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Eligibility for the DYPA program (long-term unemployed, 30+)
- Strong interest in social media and digital communication
- Basic organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Creativity and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
