Social Media Manager (Full time - Hybrid)

What you’ll be doing:
- Own and manage end-to-end social media presence for multiple clients across platforms.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with each brand’s goals, tone of voice, and audience.
- Plan, oversee, and optimize content calendars, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Write engaging and high-performing social media copy in both Greek and English.
- Collaborate with designers, performance marketers, and clients to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Monitor trends, platform updates and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Analyze performance across organic and paid campaigns and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage community engagement, including comments, messages and brand interactions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Experience with content planning, analytics tools, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Nice to have:

- Experience in a social media or digital marketing agency.
- Basic understanding of paid social campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
